Each asset is scored 0–100 per hazard, grouped into five bands from Very Low to Very High. Scores are relative exposure rankings built for screening and triage — they tell you where to focus deeper analysis, not a projected dollar loss.
Screening scores reflect present-day exposure. Each report includes a forward-looking note on how the hazard is expected to shift over time. More detailed future-climate data is available on request — though its reliability varies substantially by hazard, region, timescale, and physical process, which is why we keep it separate from the core screening.
Each hazard is based on public, peer-reviewed, agency, or domain-specific technical datasets — the leading available science for each peril, not proprietary in-house models. Full source documentation is included in every report.
A PDF report (typically 40 pages) covering hazard exposure summary and individual hazard scores, plus an Excel file with all underlying scores and data. Every report includes full methodology documentation and data provenance. Not included: financial risk quantification, asset valuation impacts, or insurance modeling.
Most portfolios are delivered within a few business days of receiving your asset list. Larger or custom-scoped portfolios may take longer — we'll confirm the timeline upfront.
We provide global land coverage using the best available public, peer-reviewed, and agency datasets. Data quality varies by hazard and region, and those limitations are documented in the report.
Just a list of asset locations — a spreadsheet of addresses or coordinates is all we need, and there's no minimum portfolio size. Larger or messier datasets are fine too; we clean and geocode them as part of the process.
Asset locations are transmitted via secure encrypted file transfer. Exact coordinates are preferred for asset-level scoring. For sensitive portfolios, you can provide county, district, or other generalized locations for higher-level screening, with limitations documented in the report.
